Army @ The Virtual Fringe | Projection & Choreography

Akademi’s Artistic Director Suba Subramaniam will explore the use of projection in dance and theatre productions as part of this year’s Army @ The Virtual Fringe programme.

Suba will share some insights into her own collaborative processes and Akademi’s work, especially our most recent touring production, The Troth, which featured as part of Army @ The Fringe in 2018. The talk will explore some of the questions around why we use projection, how it is an integral part of design and how it can be an extension of the emotional experience.
