Akademi is supporting U.Dance Digital 2020

Akademi is delighted to be a partner in U.Dance Digital, One Dance UK’s national youth dance online festival from 17-19 July 2020.

We are sponsoring the Industry Spotlight session, ‘Making Dance for Everyone’ by Stopgap Dance Company and Indepen-dance.

Learn from the best in the industry across the U.Dance Digital weekend. Whether you’re interested in dance on or off stage, no matter what your dance style or ability, there’s something for everyone!

Some of the biggest names in dance have assembled for a weekend that will include a mix of masterclasses with the best dance pros, challenges, careers talks, information sessions and watch parties, all from home and all free. Young dancers aged 11-19, or up to 25 with a disability, from all over the country are invited to join.

In “Making Dance for Everyone” you can learn from leaders in inclusive dance, Stopgap Dance Company and Indepen-dance about how you can adapt dance and make it accessible for all bodies and abilities.
