Workshop at Hampstead Heath Community Fun Day, 23 June

We Akademi conducted a South Asian dance workshop for children and their families who visited the Hampstead Heath Community Fun Day at Parliament Hill on Sunday afternoon. The event was organised by Heath Hands, a local community organisation that looks after 350 hectares of green space in North London.

Artist Sameeksha Meda from BollyRed Dance led a semi classical try it out workshop. Over 25 children participated with their families and really enjoyed the workshop.
